No matter your age, Clairvaux has something for everyone. Each season, we showcase how each generation—from 20s to 60s and beyond—can wear what is trending. This fall, we wanted to do something a little different by taking some of the biggest trends and demonstrating how we would style them for various ages.
From striking leopard denim to chic leather accessories, this trend brings flair to any look.
For our girls in their 20s, we love an animal-printed set paired with "pop" accessories. Lexi is wearing a zebra-printed mini skirt set from Baum und Pferdgarten, complemented by a playful pop of red with her handbag from Staud.
Casual and cool, this refined look is perfect for our ladies in their 40s. Lori is wearing the printed jacket from Ganni with her favorite pair of jeans. The classic accessories and red flats from Aeyde easily elevate this outfit.
One of the easiest ways to embrace the animal instincts trend is by incorporating a faux fur coat. Sara is wearing a best-selling faux fur coat from Apparis, styled with a monochromatic ensemble. The cowhide handbag from ATP adds a touch of edge to this sophisticated look.
Academic inspired style. Rugby shirts, track pants, and collars, this trend is all about mixing sporty chic with modern sophistication.
A simple way to for our 30-somethings to achieve the prep school look is by wearing the tall sock and loafer combo. Hannah is sporting a bubble hem mini skirt paired with a novelty knit cardigan from Ganni. To top off the look, she adds a pair of Caddis readers or blue light glasses, and she’s ready to go.
We love the juxtaposition of track pants with a tailored button-down. Mindy is wearing track pants from ALC paired with a white button-down, a sweater draped over her shoulders to add some color, and a ball cap from Anine Bing.
The 90s are making a big comeback. Think model-off-duty: classic silhouettes and simplified dressing paired with sleek accessories.
Effortlessly chic! For our girls in their 20s, a satin skirt and t-shirt combo is the perfect way to channel 90s style. Lexi added a fun metallic "pop" handbag from Ganni and draped an Anine Bing hoodie over her shoulders to complete the look.
A modern way to add 90s nostalgia to your wardrobe is with a mixed media blazer. Hannah is wearing this contrast blazer from ELV back to a relaxed white tee and functional accessories.
Lori is bringing back the 90's with a long denim skirt and leather vest from Simkhai. She added modern flare with a cool Chelsea boot from Aeyde. This is the perfect everyday fall look for women in their 40's.
This layered sweater dress from Staud, paired with leather accessories, is an excellent way for our 50-somethings to embrace the 90s trend.
Sara is wearing one of our many knits from Alex Mill paired with high-waisted trousers. This 90s-inspired look offers versatility and the perfect opportunity to accessorize with elevated pieces. We love these silver flats from Aeyde and the modern shoulder bag from Anine Bing.
